The Card House, Bradford
The property occupies a highly prominent position between the higher quality outer Bradford residential suburbs and the Airedale towns and villages of Shipley, Cottingley and Bingley.
The building contains three floors with a central courtyard communal area. The building will create 137 apartments.
The development will consist of 4 Phases. The Card House will be Phase 2 and Phase 4 will be an on site letting office for The Lettings Room and coffee shop.
The original building was built in 1936 by W N Sharpe of Bradford as the Headquarters for his successful printing business.
In 1984 Hallmark Cards acquired W N Sharpe’s printing operation for nearly £21m.

Don't just take our word for it...
I have several other friends who have invested in similar projects handled by Lee’s company and Yale. One of whom has nine flats. He also has a heck of a lot more money than I have. As I live with my family in Germany, it was important for us to optimise the return on our investment better than the four percent offered by banks here, which fluctuates almost daily.
